Yes. A system bonded with a waterproof adhesive stays on through sleeping, showering, swimming and training. You wash it in place, usually once or twice a week, with a shampoo made for hair systems rather than an ordinary one.

It depends on the base. Very thin skin bases are the most natural looking and the shortest lived. Thicker skin and knotted bases last longer. As a guide, our Anchor system uses a 0.12mm knotted base with a stated lifespan of roughly three to six months. Wearing two systems in rotation makes both last longer.

In the Sydney salon: a one-hour matching appointment is $90, and we take that off the price if you buy your system from us. Fitting a new system is $240, which covers the template, hairline design, cut and styling, and applies every time you start a new system. Refits are $190 a visit, or $300 for two in the same month.

Within Australia, hair systems ship free with tracking. Care products are $10.95 standard, free on orders over $120, or $16.95 express.

Overseas, hair systems go worldwide with tracking, including the UK and Europe. International shipping is $59 for an order up to one hair system, $75 up to two, and $90 for larger orders. Care products ship separately from Sydney, so a system and care products together arrive as two parcels.

Many adhesives and removers can't be sent overseas by post, and other countries have their own rules for cosmetic products, so we would rather say so than sell you something that gets stopped at the border.

The in-person matching and fitting service is Sydney only, but if you send us a clear photo of your hair taken in good daylight we will suggest the closest shade and density we can.

Please treat a photo match as a guide rather than a guarantee. A photograph cannot show texture properly and lighting changes the way a colour reads, so we cannot promise an exact match from a photo. It gets most men close, and coming in to the salon is the only way to be certain.

Once a month suits most men, and that is $190 a visit. Two visits in the same month is $300.

Twice a month is the one that really shows. The bond is never old, the hair is cleaned and restyled properly, and nothing has had time to lift at the front. It matters most in summer, when heat and sweat work against the adhesive and a bond that would hold for four weeks in July will not hold as long in January.

Yes. Our hair systems are suitable for anyone experiencing hair loss, including hair loss that happens during or after medical care. They are an appearance and confidence choice rather than a medical product, and we are not able to give medical advice. If you are in Sydney, we can arrange a quiet appointment outside busy hours.

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Once a system has been opened, fitted or worn we cannot take it back, for hygiene reasons. Custom-made systems and shades chosen from a photo match are not returnable simply because the shade is not exact.

If a system arrives faulty, we will replace, repair or refund it at no cost to you and we cover the return postage. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply regardless.

No. We will fit any professional-quality system, including one you bought somewhere else, and the fitting is $240 either way. We do suggest the $90 matching appointment first, so you know the right colour, density and base size before you spend anything.
