Which adhesive you need depends on how long you want it to hold, your skin and your climate. Here is a plain guide.
Pick by what you need
- Tape: easier to apply, good if you are new to hair systems. Usually a shorter hold.
- Liquid adhesive (glue): a longer hold for most people. It takes more practice to apply.
- Remover: always use one. Pulling the system off hurts your skin.
